H.E. Hussein bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, UAE’s Minister of Education, has lately been named ‘Arab Cultural Personality of the Year 2018’ by the Union of Arab Creators (UAC) in Cairo.

Commenting on the news, Ahmed Noor, UAC Chairman, said that the decision of the arbitration committee, which is responsible for selecting the most influential personalities in the Arab world, includes a constellation of leading academics and intellectuals from Egypt and other Arab countries and is chaired by Dr. Sami Al Sherif, Egypt’s former Minister of Information and Dean of Faculty of Mass Communication, Moderm University for Technology & Information, MTI.

Moreover, he added that H.E. Hussein Bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi has been selected as Arab Cultural Personality of the Year 2018 and has been awarded the Certificate of Outstanding Creativity in recognition of his relentless efforts and initiatives for improving the educational system in the UAE to be on par with the latest international developments in this field.
