The Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation, in collaboration with Sulana Art Group, will be hosting a group art exhibition under the title of “Dialogue” at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at the Grand Exhibition Hall of the Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation.
The exhibition features 28 artists who represent different art trends and philosophies. A wide variety of materials have been used to create the various artworks that will be showcased at the event within a contemporary aesthetic framework.
The exhibition will show artworks by artists: Asran Abdul Fattah, Rani Milad, Batoul Jaafary, Mahmoud Safwat, Samar Kamel, Asmaa Al Munji, Amr Abdulaziz, Diaa Allam, Abeer Eissa Adam, Mona Mohamed Al Gebali, Jihan Fawzi, Taher Abdul Azim, Awatef Salah, Zainab Yahya Al Azazi, Yusra Wahba, Salma Al Banna, Zeinab Salama, Dina Khatan, Samar Hussein, Yasmeen Mohamed, Mohamed Hussein, Salwa Saeed, Samia Saleh, Petra Kaltenbakh, Aliaa Medhat, Israa Ramadan, Hind Rashid and Sarah Shoushan.
In addition, an art symposium will be held on the sidelines of the exhibition under the title of “Egyptian Plastic Art over Half a Century”. The symposium will feature Dr. Khaled Mustafa, Head of the Graphics Department at the Faculty of Fine Arts- Assiut University and Head of the Graphics Department at Ajman University; Dr. Zainab Salama, Head of the Sculpture Department at the Faculty of Fine Arts- Alexandria University and Ms. Mona Mona Al Gebali, Director of Fine Arts Activities and Student Activities at Ajman University.
Through this event, the Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation – in collaboration with Sulana Art Group- aims to shed light on visual aesthetics that reflect one dimension of the Arab art scene, particularly contemporary Egyptian art in all its variety and its wide spectrum of experiences, transporting us to a world of warmth, magic and beauty.
